x=amount of days y=total amount

100+45(6)=y

100+270=y

370=y

The total amount of medicine she will take is 370mg.

the equation is y=10+5x 

x=Times  leveled up y= final amount of health points
10+5(22)=y
10+110=y
120=y
The total amount of Health Points is 120

Architecture

This is our graph of the equation representing the scenario of the architecture word problem.

The equation is y=1000+50x
x=stories y= final height
1000+50(60)=y
1000+3000=y
4000=y
The height of the resort/casino/hotel will be 4000 feet above sea level.

Today in class, we worked on our Visual to Viral Task.  We used the Desmos Graphing Calculator to graph expressions on a coordinate plane.  It was really cool!  Our group noticed that expressions with negative numbers are on the opposite side of those with positive numbers!  What did you notice and how did you like working with Desmos?
